Job Description
McFarland Johnson is seeking Construction Inspectors for the upcoming 2022 construction season. The assignment includes a resident engineer and an inspector for a highway reconstruction project in northern Warren County New York.
Qualifications
- Must have Associate or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or other closely related field, or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience on transportation construction projects.
- Prior NYSDOT experience and familiarity with NYSDOT specifications are a plus.
- NICET certification at level 2, 3, or 4 preferred.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation to job site locations.
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills, with ability to work independently required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
