Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality products and superior client service.
- Manage, plan, and schedule work efforts on multiple airport improvement projects.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Lead and present at meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Maintain and grow MJ's client base in the Northeast.
- Actively participate in industry organizations and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program with a solid technical background.
- Licensed Professional Engineer required, additional state licenses preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience in the New England aviation market, including funding sources.
- Working knowledge of design software packages such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
