Job Summary:
As a Superintendent I, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the project schedule and budget.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure that safety guidelines and protocols are followed at all times.
Additional Requirements:
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Construction Manager) is a plus.
- Experience with project management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
