McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Financial Advisor Lead for its Ames offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Assist team and patients to resolve billing related questions. Assist patients in finding solutions to balances owed. Work with insurance companies and other third party entities. Work with clinical areas to provide estimates. Will have multiple work queues and reports to maintain. Assist with training new/current team members. Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefit package.

Education
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience
- One year work experience in a medical clinic setting.
- Completion of medical terminology preferred.
- Word processing and computer experience.
- Problem solving and de-escalation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
