We are more than a typical agency — under one roof we combine brand strategy, creative design, digital signage, AV integration, print production, photography, and hands-on project management. Our Digital Menu Board Services division is one of the fastest growing parts of our business, and we are looking for the right person to own it.
The Opportunity
McFaddin Marketing manages Digital Menu Board programs across 300 licensed and proprietary locations on our platform today and growing. A major new enterprise client is coming on board that alone could add up to 170 additional locations to our network. This role exists to manage that growth, own the client relationships, and keep the program running at a high-level day in and day out.

What You’ll Do
Client & Program Management
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our licensed location clients and enterprise food service partners.
• Manage every stage of each client’s engagement from onboarding and scoping through deployment and ongoing support.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at each client organization.
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous rollouts.
• Proactively surface and resolve issues before they reach the client.
Construction & Deployment
• Coordinate and oversee Digital Menu Board installations across locations nationwide.
• Manage vendors, AV technicians, and internal teams, to deliver projects on time and to spec.
• Own site surveys, hardware procurement, content scheduling, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records for every location on the platform.
• Troubleshoot construction, technical, and logistical challenges quickly and decisively.
Growth & Business Development
• Identify opportunities to expand the program within existing accounts and with new clients.
• Support the sales process through proposals, platform presentations, and capability demonstrations.
• Track unenrolled locations and develop strategies to accelerate adoption across the network.
• Collaborate with leadership on the long-term roadmap for McFaddin’s Digital Menu Board division.
Required
• 3 years of experience in program management, project management, or account management — ideally in digital signage, AV integration, retail technology, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-location deployments with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong communicator who earns trust and keeps clients confident throughout every phase of a project.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a bias for closing every open loop.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard business software.
• Willingness to travel periodically for site visits, client meetings, and installation oversight.
Preferred
• Experience with digital menu boards, digital signage, or AV deployments in food service or hospitality settings.
• Background managing large enterprise accounts with food service management companies.
• Demonstrated familiarity with construction coordination and build-out processes for retail or restaurant environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of spotting and acting on growth opportunities within existing accounts.
