McEvoy & Sons Drywall is looking for experienced drywall subcontractors in the Colorado Springs area.
We’re looking for both experienced hangers/crews and an experienced finisher. This is subcontract work for residential drywall projects.
Hangers / Crews
- Experienced drywall hangers or established crews
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work independently and maintain good quality
- Work will be offered on a project-by-project basis
- Looking for reliable people we can continue working with as jobs come in
Experienced Finisher — Priority
We’re especially interested in finding one experienced finisher who can become our go-to subcontractor for ongoing work.
You should be comfortable with:
- Taping and finishing
- Smooth-wall finishes
- Orange peel and knockdown textures
- Matching existing textures
- Drywall repairs and patches
- Working independently without needing training or constant supervision
Pay
Approximately $30–$40/hour, depending on experience, quality, speed, and the type of work. Some jobs may also be priced by the project.
Looking to build a long-term working relationship with a dependable finisher, with ongoing projects available as work comes in.This is still subcontract work—you’re free to run your own jobs and work for other contractors.
Quality, reliability, communication, and professionalism matter more to us than simply being the fastest.
