Supervising Business Immigration Case Manager/Paralegal

We’re seeking an experienced Supervising Case Manager to guide and mentor our growing team. In this role, you’ll not only manage complex business immigration cases (H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-2s, employment-based green cards, and more), but also provide leadership, training, and support to case managers and paralegals. You’ll be a key partner to our attorneys, helping ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all client matters. We’re looking for an experienced Supervising Business Immigration Paralegal/Case Manager to join our Chicago team.

In this role, you’ll manage complex cases while also mentoring and guiding other case managers and paralegals to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across the team.

• Do you have 6 years of business immigration experience with cases like H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-2s, and employment-based green cards?
• Are you a natural leader and mentor, ready to support and train others while handling your own caseload?
• Are you organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented — the kind of person who proofreads until it’s perfect?

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience. Starting at $75,000.
• Annual bonus.
• 4 weeks of PTO per year - we strongly value life outside of work
• Paid holidays & "bonus" holidays when the office is closed. We are closed every year for Winter Break between Christmas - New Years Day and everyone gets paid time off.
