We’re looking for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal / Case Manager to join our Chicago team.

• Do you have 4 years of business immigration experience with cases like H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-2s, and employment-based green cards?
• Are you organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented — the kind of person who proofreads until it’s perfect?
• Would you enjoy working on exciting cases in sports, music, influencer, and startup immigration?
• Do you want to be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that values harmony and supports each other?

Note: hybrid of remote & in-office work in Chicago required for this role. Please do not apply if you cannot work in our office in Chicago 3 days per week.

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience. Starting at $65,000.
• Annual bonus.
• 4 weeks of PTO per year - we strongly value life outside of work
• Paid holidays & "bonus" holidays when the office is closed. We are closed every year for Winter Break between Christmas - New Years Day and everyone gets paid time off.
