This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the affordable housing development business from the inside, working directly alongside the President of one of the nation's leading affordable housing developers.

You'll have the opportunity to:
• Learn directly from senior leadership at one of the nation's Top 20 affordable housing development firms
• Gain exposure to affordable housing development, real estate finance, and LIHTC programs
• Participate in meetings with lenders, investors, attorneys, consultants, public officials, and development partners
• Learn how development opportunities are sourced, evaluated, financed, approved, and brought to life
• Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling priorities
• Coordinate business and personal travel, appointments, reservations, and logistics
• Assist with personal scheduling, gifting, household coordination, and executive support needs
• Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and communications
• Prepare meeting agendas, executive briefing materials, and follow-up summaries
• Serve as a professional point of contact for high-level stakeholders on behalf of the President
• Coordinate with Development Managers, department leaders, and internal teams to support executive initiatives
• Review and summarize information from project trackers, reports, and organizational systems
• Organize meetings, capture action items, and monitor follow-up
• Support special projects, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives
• Assist with technology implementation, automation, and AI initiatives
• Assist in evaluating new development opportunities and strategic initiatives
• Review Offering Memorandums, RFPs, RFQs, funding opportunities, and industry announcements
• Prepare executive summaries highlighting opportunities, risks, deadlines, and recommendations
• Develop an understanding of how development projects are analyzed, financed, and executed
• Build knowledge of affordable housing development, LIHTC programs, public financing tools, and real estate fundamentals
• Research housing policy, legislation, financing programs, municipalities, competitors, and market trends
• Prepare research reports and executive briefing materials to support strategic decision-making
