ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support:
- Assist in generating and formatting proposals and quotes in Salesforce.
- Follow up on open proposals, coordinating with Territory Sales Managers and customers.
- Filed incoming leads from the website and phone, route appropriately, and assist with qualification or information gathering.
- Maintain records of outreach and support sales documentation.
- Backup to the Logistics Coordinator
- Assist with support of the Logistics Department.
- Support marketing activities and company events.
- Keep up with brochure updates and assist with the upkeep of the company website.
- Coordinate all aspects of our marketing initiatives, including:
- Print and digital ads
- Website content updates and upkeep
- Company LinkedIn presence and engagement
- Assist in marketing activities such as campaigns using tools like Constant Contact or similar platforms.
- Plan and execute event logistics for tradeshows, customer events, and internal appreciation events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administration role or adjacent role
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn as a business platform a plus.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience with event coordination and campaign tools (e.g., Constant Contact) a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Initiative-driven, resourceful, and adaptable
