- Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting overall food preparation activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Ensure proper food safety management practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in kitchen organization, stock replenishment, and sanitation duties to uphold a hygienic environment.
Experience
- Food preparation or culinary experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations are essential.
