What You’ll Do:
As a Guest Experience Leader, you’ll create feel-good moments for our customers every day by:
- Greeting guests and assisting them while they order
- Helping with ordering kiosks
- Supporting guests who need extra assistance
- Checking in after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction or offer help
- Addressing any concerns
- Sharing feedback and ideas with the restaurant team
