- Monitoring performance and taking action when needed
- Preparing the next Shift Manager to succeed after your shift ends
- Helping meet restaurant and department goals
- Food safety & quality
- Customer service excellence
- Crew scheduling, training, and communication
- Inventory and cash management
- Daily cleanliness & maintenance
- Safety and security compliance
