What You’ll Do
- Lead and support crew members through busy shifts with energy and positivity
- Always ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Manage shift operations, including labor and food costs, cleanliness, and organization
- Motivate and develop team members through coaching and example
- Communicate effectively with the management team to achieve business goals
