- Leading and coaching a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant objectives
- Setting goals for Department Managers, tracking progress, and providing guidance to improve their areas
- Driving overall restaurant success through team performance
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future
- Hamburger University (HU) certification
- 1 year of McDonald’s General Manager experience (preferred)
- ServSafe certification
