Requirements:

This role is pivotal to our restaurant success because we, our guests, employees, vendors and partners are people. This role is unique and will serve to ensure our restaurants have the right ambience, our guests and employees have the best experience in the restaurant and we live up to the utmost hospitality experience.

This role will be suitable for someone with extensive hospitality experience in the restaurant, hotel or air travel industry.

• Extensive experience in hospitality industry, retirees are welcome to apply
• Professional unique appearance as the hospitality face of the organization
• Interact with guests and food delivery partners to ensure optimal experience
• Oversee lobby and front counter cleanliness and ambience including decorations for stipulated seasons/events
• Ensure the organization is on track with all McDonald's promotion
• Manage the organization's customer satisfaction and address all complains timely
• Be a digital ambassador of McDonald's mobile app and kiosk ordering channels
• Manage employee feedback, onboarding and early training during their 90 day probational period
• Attend McDonald's People Experience Lead (PEL) sessions and implement initiatives in the restaurant
• Oversee organization's People Brand Standard (PBS)
• Oversee organization's employee listening surveys and help keep employee turnover rate low
