Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Overnight Shift Manager/Manager Trainee to lead our team during the night shift. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring food quality and safety, managing staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Supervise overnight restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service standards.
- Train and develop team members to uphold McDonald's standards in food safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area while managing food production and quality control.
- At least some weekend availability is required
Experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred
- Some familiarity with food preparation and food safety standards.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
