Managers will possess the skills necessary to perform such duties as:
- Day-to-day Shift Operations
- Monitoring Sales Trends
- Setting & Achieving Goals and Targets
- Monitoring Customer Satisfaction to Ensure the Highest Level of Service
- Monitoring the Cleanliness and Safety of the Restaurant
- Managing a Team to Encourage High Performance
- Supporting Other Managers and Departments
