What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring top-quality food, service, and cleanliness
- Support, coach, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
- Communicate clearly with the next Shift Manager to maintain smooth transitions
- Oversee safety, security, and cash-handling procedures
- Maintain restaurant equipment and cleanliness standards
- Help meet or exceed key performance goals for your team
- Leadership and dependability — you set the tone for your team
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
