Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to ensure timely food production.
• Manage customer orders at the register, process cash transactions, and handle cash register operations with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer experience through friendly recommendations.
• Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout your shift.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices during food handling.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales and transactions.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a culinary setting is a plus.
