Responsibilities
As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
- Communicating effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts
- Achieving shift targets and helping departments meet their goals
- Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance
- Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
- Training new team members on critical job functions
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
