- Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Managing crew deployment and break schedules during assigned shifts
- Encouraging strong performance and teamwork

- Ensuring quality food production
- Training new team members on essential job duties
- Addressing customer concerns professionally
- Following cash-handling and security procedures
- Completing assigned shift-management and administrative tasks
