Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food orders accurately and efficiently
- Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru
- Assist guests with self-order kiosks
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure work areas are fully stocked
- Support team goals and restaurant standards during each shift
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and care
- Maintain speed of service, especially during peak periods
Qualifications
- Basic math and POS entry skills
- Ability to manage cash drawer responsibly
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Dependable, team-oriented work ethic
