Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle retail math tasks such as calculating change and managing cash drawers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is essential.
- Experience using point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
