The Area Supervisor will work closely with the People Experience Lead, General Managers and the business owners. The responsibilities of the area supervisor include:
- Developing people
- Meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience
- Great decision-making skills, team player and servant leader
- Leading restaurants to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
- Ensure the restaurants meet operational and profitability goals
- Develop general managers and shift managers to perform at highest skill levels
- Review operational reports and implement action plans
- Enforcing McDonald’s operational and system standards within all restaurants
- Fostering a culture of fun, generous individuals that work both hard individually and as a team, and more
- Must be available to work weekends and have an open availability
