The locally owned McDonald's franchisee owns the McDonalds in Caledonia, Gun Lake, and Hastings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while following established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of food preparation, service stations, and dining spaces.
• Support food safety practices by handling ingredients properly and adhering to sanitation protocols.
• Assist with cashiering duties including taking orders, processing payments, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
• Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu options, and addressing dietary needs.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with quick service or fast-food restaurant operations is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math understanding are important.
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is beneficial but not mandatory—training will be available.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
