We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and people-focused Store Manager to lead one of our McDonald’s restaurants. Our Store Managers are responsible for creating a great guest experience while building a strong, motivated team and driving restaurant performance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees and managers.
- Build and maintain a strong team through effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure the restaurant consistently meets McDonald’s standards for food safety, cleanliness, quality, and service.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet business needs while controlling labor costs and overtime.
- Monitor sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and other key restaurant performance indicators.
- Hold the management team accountable for operational and financial results.
- Provide regular coaching and recognition to employees and managers.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Address employee and guest concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Lead by example and be actively involved in the restaurant.
- Identify opportunities to improve the restaurant and take action to achieve results.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable using technology and business management systems.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor, and financial performance.
- Ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people succeed.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
