CDL Class A Driver – Local / Regional Routes
McDonald’s Delivery – Warsaw, IN
McDonald’s Delivery is a family-owned and operated transportation company serving customers since 1983. We are currently hiring CDL Class A drivers for both full-time and part-time positions. Our company focuses on dependable service, professional drivers, and well-maintained equipment.
Most routes allow drivers to return home regularly, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate time off when needed.
Pay
- Starting at $0.55 per mile
- Pay increases after the first 6 months
- Paid for all miles driven in a company vehicle
- Additional stop pay after the first two stops
- Extra pay available for drivers with:
- HazMat endorsement
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC®)

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Clean driving record, defined as meeting the following standards within the past three (3) years:
- Four (4) or fewer minor moving violations
- A combination of up to four (4) total incidents consisting of at-fault accidents and minor moving violations
- A combination of one (1) minor moving violation and one (1) major violation
- No more than one (1) major violation
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Ability to operate company equipment safely and represent the company professionally
