Pay varies based on experience. The ideal candidate would have one year or more experience as a GM, or 2-3 years experience as an AGM. Restaurant or hospitality experience is expected . As a successful General Manager, you'll need a commitment to excellence, be a problem solver and execute solutions in a fast paced environment. Must be 18 or over to apply, be able to work weekends, holidays, open and close. Must be able to bend, twist and lift medium weight boxes, and stand for 9-10 hours per day. Must LOVE to train and develop people!
