We are a well-established, high-volume dealership group in the Saginaw area with aggressive growth plans for 2026. We are the #1 GMC Cadillac new car dealer in our market. We are only looking for high-level candidates with a proven track record.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring one Sales Manager who is a black belt in the following:
- Desking deals at a high level
- Structuring difficult approvals and finding a way to say YES
- Coaching, training, and motivating a sales team
- Holding people accountable to performance standards
- Thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-driven environment
If you don’t have verifiable success, this is not for you.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 5 years of proven Car Sales and/or F & I experience
- Verifiable performance in high-volume used car operations
- Expert-level deal structuring (banks, LTVs, income, co-signers, credit challenges)
- Absolute mastery of Dealertrack
- Daily power-user of VinSolutions
- Comfortable and consistent with social media involvement (posting, engagement, accountability)
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a sales team
- Strong work ethic — long days, full commitment, no excuses
