We are looking to add a highly experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic to our team. This role will be focused on quality and efficient service to our fleet of semi-trucks and trailers.
What You'd Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle or equipment systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
- Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency
- Electrical system repairs
- Ensure all equipment meets DOT and other regulatory standards
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Track inventory and utilization
- Represent WSW Logistics in a manner that demonstrates our company values
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques

Qualifications:
You'd Be a Great Fit if You Have:
- Associate degree or equivalent in related field preferred, (experience in lieu of experience)
- 2 years of diesel experience
- Working knowledge of the use of hand and power tools
- Having your own tools
