What You’ll Do

• Own sourcing and procurement across multiple categories (office, IT, facilities, professional services, logistics, etc.)
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms that deliver savings and reduce risk
• Build and maintain trusted supplier relationships with regular performance reviews
• Partner with operations, logistics, finance, and legal teams to align on business needs
• Ensure full compliance with policies, NDAs, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement – automation, Lean/Kaizen projects, sustainability initiatives
• Create clear spend reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership and audits

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related field OR 2–3 years of sourcing/procurement experience
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
• Solid understanding of sourcing best practices and basic contract principles
• Comfort with ERP systems and procurement tools
• Analytical mindset – you love turning data into decisions
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Bonus Points For

• Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma experience
• Ability to draft or manage complex, multi-entity contracts
• Talent for creating simple training guides and visuals that people actually use
