What You’ll Do
- Own sourcing and procurement across multiple categories (office, IT, facilities, professional services, logistics, etc.)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms that deliver savings and reduce risk
- Build and maintain trusted supplier relationships with regular performance reviews
- Partner with operations, logistics, finance, and legal teams to align on business needs
- Ensure full compliance with policies, NDAs, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement – automation, Lean/Kaizen projects, sustainability initiatives
- Create clear spend reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership and audits
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related field OR 2–3 years of sourcing/procurement experience
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
- Solid understanding of sourcing best practices and basic contract principles
- Comfort with ERP systems and procurement tools
- Analytical mindset – you love turning data into decisions
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Bonus Points For
- Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma experience
- Ability to draft or manage complex, multi-entity contracts
- Talent for creating simple training guides and visuals that people actually use
