Compensation Overview
This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $60,000 with top performers earning $150,000
Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Valid driver’s licenseand clean driving record
- 1-3years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Ableto work independently
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
- Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency,and trust throughtimelycommunication.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensureaccuratediagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
- Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
