McDivitt Law Firm is seeking a candidate to fill the extraordinarily crucial role of Intake Specialist with 1-3 years experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive new client leads including online inquiries and telephone inquiries.
- Follow-up on new leads
- Review sign-up documents with new client
- Cover front desk breaks and lunches
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Intake or Personal Injury
- Strong date-entry skills.
We will provide comprehensive training and support for the right person.
Salary: $18-$26 per hour
Requirements:- US work authorization (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
