Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience with M&A, private equity and general corporate work, including venture capital and other financings, acquisitions, and contract negotiation
• Knowledge federal and state securities and related laws
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar or ability to become admitted.
• A J.D. from an accredited law school
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment is required
• Positive client-service attitude
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Exercises good judgment
• Ability to be flexible and adapt
• Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently

Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2025/2024 Class Compensation Years: $225,000

2023 Class Compensation Years: $235,000

2022 Class Compensation Years: $260,000

2021 Class Compensation Years: $310,000

2020 Class Compensation Years: $365,000

2019 Class Compensation Years: $390,000

2018 Class Compensation Years: $420,000

2017 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
