As an intern, you will have the chance to learn about process design, application of codes and standards, design techniques and analysis methods. Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Gain understanding of process scope of work and specifications.
- Assist in development of key Process Engineering design documentation.
- Develop and review equipment datasheets.
- Develop Line List.
- Develop Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Currently pursuing, or one or two semesters away from graduation, in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and mathematic skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and professionalism.
- Experience with using MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel).
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept improvement feedback.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience working in databases.
- Familiar with key Process Engineering design documentation.
- Relocation will not be provided.
