We're seeking a proactive, approachable and experienced HR Generalist to support our North American operations, providing hands-on support across the full employee journey—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You will work collaboratively across countries and departments, with direct reporting into our Australian-based HR General Manager to keep our global culture strong and aligned.

About The Role
- Deliver day-to-day HR support across the U.S. and Canadian operations
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Guide managers and employees on HR policies, performance matters, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel documentation
- Coordinate employee benefits programs
- Act as the primary HR contact for payroll coordination with our Finance Team
- Assist in rollout of HR, training and health & safety initiatives
- Partner with the Australian HR team to align processes and promote cultural consistency
- 2-3 years of HR generalist experience (cross-border HR experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor laws preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with others
- A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
- Aviation or industrial sector experience is a bonus
