Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office. Experience with Timberline software is a plus.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, and updating records.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Assist Project managers and Estimators as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems.
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
