McDade Construction & Remodeling, LLC is seeking experienced Finish Carpenters to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and restore high-end trim, millwork, cabinetry, doors, and custom finish carpentry components
- Perform detailed finish work on luxury residential renovations, restorations, and custom construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and design plans
- Troubleshoot field conditions and develop practical solutions to project challenges
- Collaborate with project teams and other trades to ensure successful project execution
- Assist with remodeling activities, specialty installations, and project completion tasks
- Perform door installation, flooring installation, cabinetry work, and related finish carpentry functions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional workmanship
- Ability to work independently while managing assigned scopes of work
- Experience working on high-end residential projects, historic renovations, custom homes, or luxury interiors preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in complex renovation environments
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area
Lead Carpenter & Foreman Candidates
- 5-10 years of finish carpentry experience preferred
- Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, or managing field operations
- Advanced skills in trim installation, cabinetry, custom millwork, door installation, flooring, and residential remodeling
- Ability to coordinate work activities and maintain project quality standards
Compensation
- $25-$50 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time employment
