In anticipation of a potential award focused on strengthening rural health systems through digital health strategies, MCD Global Health is soliciting applications from individuals who are interested and available for employment in early 2026. We are also interested in receiving CVs for potential consulting opportunities under this program in 2026. While the majority of these positions and work activities will be Maine-based, remote candidates will be considered in some instances. Relocation expenses to Maine will not be covered.
Core competencies sought for these positions include telehealth and technology, RFP and grants administration, rural health and health systems strengthening, workforce development and quality improvement, oral health and chronic disease prevention. All positions are contingent on confirmation of funding.
Salary offers may be higher or lower than the anticipated salary listed due to various factors including the successful candidates’ qualifications and geography within or outside of Maine.

Anticipated Salary: $105,000-$125,000
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Director of U.S. Programs
The Senior Grants Administrator will provide overall direction for the grant management process, overseeing the entire lifecycle of grants and associated contracts and related subawards. This position will serve as the primary point person with state and federal funders. This position oversees the Grants Administration Team, including a PMP-certified Program Manager, two Contracts Administrators and Monitoring and Evaluation staff. The Senior Grants Administrator ensures alignment with the digital health strategy portfolio, contract deliverables, and stakeholder expectations while leading cross‑functional coordination across the program.
This position is ideal for a senior professional with a related Master’s degree, a minimum of 10 years of overall experience, and deep experience in federal and state grants administration, public health program management, and complex external stakeholder engagement. This position will require travel to Augusta, ME or Hallowell Maine 1-2 times a week.
Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
