McCullers Road Rescue is hiring dependable and motivated Roadside Assistance Technicians to handle service calls throughout Chester County, Delaware County, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas. This is a fast-paced, independent role where you’ll assist stranded drivers and get paid per job.
Pay Structure
- $30 per job and up (based on distance and service type)
- Higher payouts for longer distance calls and premium services
- Opportunity to complete multiple jobs per day. The more you work, the more you earn

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to roadside service calls
- Perform services including:
- Jump starts
- Tire changes
- Lockouts
- Fuel delivery

- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Communicate with dispatch and customers
- Follow safety procedures on every call
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle (truck/SUV strongly preferred)
- Must have your own basic tools
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Strong reliability and punctuality (NO no-shows)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
