Full-time Paralegal: Real Estate Litigation & Commercial Practice (Wake Forest, NC)
We are seeking an experienced and versatile full-time Paralegal to join our law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of our team at our new second office location in Wake Forest, NC.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
· Strong Experience in transactional Real Estate, commercial preferred.
· Skills in general Litigation Support.
Role Breakdown:
This role provides a diverse and balanced workload within a commercial, low-volume setting:
· 40% - Litigation: Focus on supporting all phases of real estate litigation matters.
· 30% - Transactional Support: Assisting attorneys with commercial real estate transactions and closings.
· 30% - Administrative: General office support, case management, billing, and organizational tasks.
Location & Requirements:
· This role is full-time (40 hours/week) and will be primarily based in Wake Forest, NC. We will consider a strong candidate for part-time work now with the expectation of transitioning to full-time availability within two years.
· The ability to travel occasionally to our main office in Cary, NC is required to assist with closings.
