Mortgage Servicing Administrator Customer Service Role

McCue Mortgage is looking for a Mortgage Servicing Administrator to join our high-energy, customer-first Loan Administration team!This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, has exceptional attention to detail and stays organized—all while keeping a positive, can-do attitude every day.What You’ll Do:Be the friendly voice of McCue Mortgage—answering and making calls to help customers resolve payment or account questionsManage email and phone support for customers, including delinquent and current borrowersProcess payments, balance deposits, and support the escrow account lifecycle (taxes, insurance, etc.)Prepare mortgage payoff requests, year-end statements, and other key documentsSupport customer education on escrow analyses and 1098/1099 formsCoordinate with attorneys, investors, and insurers as neededWhat We’re Looking For:A positive, energetic personality with a love for people and problem-solvingA background in customer service—especially phone-based service—is a big plus!Strong computer skills are required — including proficiency with Outlook, PDF tools, and the ability to learn and navigate various software systems Prior mortgage/loan servicing or banking experience is helpful, but not requiredA high school diploma is required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plusJob Details:Full-time | Monday – Friday (37.5 hours/week)In-office only (no remote work)Occasional late evening or weekend hours may be requiredBonus Points:Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, or VA servicingExperience with insurance claims and mortgage documentsWhy Join McCue Mortgage?At McCue, we believe in fostering a supportive and engaging workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
