What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Scheduler - Full-Time position at McCright & Associates?
Our company contracts to and manages housing inspections for federal and state funded Housing Authorities nationwide. We are rapidly growing and have an extremely fast paced environment. In the role of scheduler, we expect your responsibilities to be, but are not limited to, the following:
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with Customers, Tenants, Landlords and Inspectors.
- Analyze and Manage data submitted by customers in excel spreadsheets and other media
- Develop and maintain logical inspection routes so that inspections are conducted to ensure customer SEMAP compliance relative to scheduling inspections.
- Develop and maintain inspection schedules.
- Comply with business rules that adhere to the Customer’s Administrative Plan.
- Add and maintain information in a web based database.
- Become certified in Housing Quality Standards via an in house training class.
After 30 days as a scheduler you will be able to but not be limited to:
- Understanding all inspection processes and how they are managed in the McCright Database
- Understanding and perform the notification and result letter generation process
- Receiving and organizing inspection data submitted by a client so that it is in the approved McCright template and format and add such data to the McCright Inspections Database
- Understanding the McCright Database Existing inspections and scheduled inspections screen and how to navigate among them for scheduling on demand calls in conjunction with the phone log system and tick board systems
- Creating daily inspection schedules via the arc logistics routing software
- Create “on demand scheduling opportunities”
- Understanding inspection protocols and ensuring inspections are scheduled according the a particular housing authorities guidelines and scope of service
After 60 days as a scheduler you will be able to but not be limited to:
- Handling basic incoming calls from inspectors, customers, tenants and landlords
- Managing and analyzing all incoming data from the Housing Authority Assigned to you to determine best course of action for inspectors assigned to such Housing Authority
- Having a broader understanding of how information is stored in the McCright Databases and how to research information so that any changes to that stored information is handled correctly
- Having a broader understanding of the HQS inspection standards
After 90 days as a scheduler you will be able to but not be limited to:
- Handling any type of incoming call
- Managing the Housing Authority (ies) assigned to you with minimal direction from your immediate supervisor
- Taking over the management of other housing authority inspection services
- Analyzing incoming data and make recommendations as to inspector assignments as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
