Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after engagement
- Provide regular updates regarding treatment and case progress
- Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Assist in resolving client concerns and maintaining strong relationships
- Monitor treatment progress and medical care plans
- Track appointments and follow up care
- Communicate with medical providers to obtain updates when needed
- Collect relevant information from clients and providers
- Identify important case details that may impact case value
- Communicate updates to pre litigation attorneys and paralegals
- Maintain accurate and organized case files in the firm’s case management system
- Ensure documentation is complete and properly recorded
- Facilitate communication between clients, medical providers, and the legal team
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in personal injury law or medical case coordination
- Experience managing a high volume of client files
- Strong documentation and case management software skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A compassionate and client-focused approach to service
- Must reside within the United States
