Metro Equipment & Sheetmetal, part of the McCrea family of companies, is hiring a reliable Sheet Metal Fabricator. You’ll be hands-on fabricating ductwork and components for HVAC equipment, operating shop machinery safely, and following technical schematics. This is a hardworking, detail-oriented role — perfect for someone who takes pride in precise work and dependable attendance.

Duties:

• Fabrication of ductwork and components for HVAC equipment.
• Properly and safely handle various hand tools.
• Follow instructions and work from direction.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Safely operate various shop machines and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to life up to 75 pounds. 
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, climb, and carry objects with ease.
• Good mobility and dexterity for handling sharp objects safely.
• Physical experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment a plus.
• Previous sheet metal fabrication experience a plus.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.
