- Experience in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and managing safety programs
- Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and regulatory compliance
- Ability to deliver effective Safety Training and create training materials
- Skills in Accident Investigation and solution-driven safety improvements
- Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Certifications such as MSHA Instructor Certification or OSHA Trainer are considered a strong asset
- Working knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations
- Availability to travel to various job sites as required
