We're hiring an experienced Property Manager in day-to-day operations for our Orlando MSA portfolio — from budgeted financial performance to tenant relationships that keep them here for the long term. This role reports to the VP Market Officer and local Director of Asset Management and is based in-office, with weekly property visits across the Orlando MSA.

What You'll Do
· Drive asset operations and hit budgeted financial results
· Manage accounting, leasing, and maintenance for assigned properties
· Own the leasing process and ensure MPC policy compliance
· Lead tenant retention, expansions, and customer service
· Conduct weekly property inspections
· Coordinate vendors, budgets, and lease execution
· Prepare annual CAM reconciliations and budgets
· Supervise Grounds Maintenance staff
What You Bring
· 5 years in commercial property management, leasing, and marketing
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, MRI, and AVID
· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
· Valid driver's license
· RPA and/or CPM a plus
· Bachelor's degree preferred
