What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Attendant position at McCracken Humane Society?
Must be 16 years or older to apply.
A volunteer day will be required before employment. This is done as a working interview.
Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
* Feed and water dogs and puppies
*Walk dogs
* Properly clean kennels
*Show animals and assist adopters in selecting a pet that will fit their needs
*Work with animals on resolving behavioral issues
*Participate in Humane Society sponsored events
* Have a somewhat flexible schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
