Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to lead our cleaning and laundry operations within a healthcare environment. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and laundry activities to maintain a pristine environment
• Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet operational standards
• Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and laundry products, ensuring proper stock levels
• Enforce health and safety protocols in line with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to address special cleaning needs or resident requests promptly

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and laundry processes
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; Long-term care background is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to adhere to strict health regulations and safety standards at all times
